Return Request Process

We want return requests to be understandable and manageable.

Customers who wish to request a return should first contact service@goldssion.com and provide the order reference, product name, and reason for the request.

Returned products should generally be in appropriate condition with the original components, accessories, manuals, and packaging where reasonably possible.

Products that show substantial misuse, unauthorized alteration, avoidable damage, or missing essential components may have limited return eligibility.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order, please contact us promptly and provide supporting photographs when available.

Do not send a product back before receiving return instructions from our support team. This helps ensure the item is directed to the correct return location and linked to the correct order.
